Ginger Steamed Pudding
A ground ginger sponge with a syrup and stem ginger sauce
Ingredients:
Sugar, Self Raising Flour ( wheat flour, calcium, iron, vitamin B3
and B1, mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate)
Margarine (rapeseed, sunflower & sustainable palm oil, water, salt,
buttermilk, potassium sorbate, emulsifier, flavourings, vitamin A & D)
Sugar, Stem Ginger, Golden Syrup
Free Range Eggs.

Storage:
Simply pop in the fridge on receipt of your puddings where they will be good for up to ten days. Alternatively, they will freeze for up to six months. Defrost on opening.
To reheat:
In a microwave oven (domestic 800w model):
Remove the ribbon and microwave on full power for one minute.
In a steamer:
Remove the ribbon and steam for twenty minutes.
To serve:
Remove the lid and tip pudding onto a plate or bowl. Serve piping hot with lashings of custard, cream or ice cream.
